1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PepC.Labs (ABN registered, operating via pepclab.com.au) are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and must not be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other non-research purpose.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes by qualified researchers or institutions.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. Once payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind unless we agree otherwise. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee. 4. Shipping

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. A flat $20 AUD shipping fee applies to every order, with free shipping on orders over $200 subtotal. Australian orders ship via Australia Post Express (1 to 2 business days). New Zealand orders ship via Australia Post Standard international (4 to 7 business days). Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm AEST. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

5. Liability

PepC.Labs provides products "as is" for research purposes. We are not liable for any misuse of products. Certificates of Analysis are provided for quality verification.
