What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer / PayID. After you place your order you can pay instantly with PayPal, or choose bank transfer and we'll email you the details. Bank transfer has no surcharge and your order is treated identically once payment clears. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are temporarily unavailable.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us at orders@pepclab.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have an automatic tiered discount system based on order value. Spend $250 or more to receive 10% off, $500 for 15% off, $750 for 18% off, and $1,000+ for 22% off. These discounts are applied automatically at checkout. For larger wholesale enquiries, contact us directly.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Products marked as "Coming Soon" or out of stock have a "Notify Me" button on their product page. Enter your email and we will notify you as soon as the product is available. We restock regularly and aim to keep all listed products available.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our Sydney facility. Australian orders ship Australia Post Express, 1 to 2 business days. New Zealand orders ship Australia Post Standard international, 4 to 7 business days. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

How long does delivery take?

Australia: 1 to 2 business days via Express. New Zealand: 4 to 7 business days via Standard international. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm AEST.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking status in your account under order history.

Do peptides need to be shipped with cold packs?

No. All peptides are shipped in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form, which is stable at ambient temperature during transit. Lyophilised peptides do not require refrigeration until reconstituted. Your peptides will arrive in perfect condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand via Australia Post Standard international, 4 to 7 business days, same $20 flat shipping fee. We do not currently ship to other destinations.

All PepC Labs peptides are a minimum of 99% purity as verified by independent third-party HPLC testing. Each product page displays the exact purity percentage from the most recent batch test.

What is HPLC testing?

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the industry standard method for determining peptide purity. It separates a sample into its individual components and measures the proportion of the target peptide versus impurities. A purity of 99%+ means less than 1% of the sample consists of synthesis by-products or degradation products.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Every batch is tested by Janoshik, an independent third-party analytical laboratory. COAs are available directly on each product page. Click "View Certificate of Analysis" to see the full test report including HPLC purity results, sample weight verification, and the unique verification key you can use to confirm authenticity on Janoshik's website.

What is the difference between purity and net peptide content?

Purity refers to the percentage of the peptide that is the correct target sequence versus impurities (measured by HPLC). Net peptide content refers to the percentage of the total vial weight that is actual peptide versus residual moisture, salts, and counterions. A vial labelled 10mg with 99% purity and 70% net peptide content contains approximately 7mg of active peptide. Both metrics matter, but purity is the primary indicator of quality.

How can I verify a COA is authentic?

Every Janoshik COA includes a unique verification key at the bottom of the report. Visit janoshik.com/verify and enter this key to confirm the test was genuinely conducted by their laboratory. If a supplier's COA cannot be verified this way, treat it with caution.

What is mass spectrometry and why does it matter?

Mass spectrometry (MS) confirms the molecular identity of a peptide by measuring its molecular weight. While HPLC tells you how pure a sample is, MS confirms you actually have the correct peptide. Together, HPLC and MS provide complete quality verification. Our Janoshik COAs include both HPLC purity and identity confirmation.

How should I store lyophilised (unreconstituted) peptides?

Store lyophilised peptides in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For short-term storage (weeks), room temperature is fine. For long-term storage (months), refrigerate at 2-8°C. For storage beyond 6 months, freezing at -20°C is recommended. Keep vials sealed until ready for use.

How should I store reconstituted peptides?

Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and used within 4-6 weeks. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides as this can cause degradation. Always use sterile technique when withdrawing from the vial.

What is bacteriostatic water and why is it used?

Bacteriostatic water (bac water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is the standard solvent for reconstituting lyophilised peptides because it keeps the solution sterile for multiple uses over weeks. We sell 30mL vials of bacteriostatic water in our store.

Lyophilised peptides typically appear as a white to off-white powder or a small puck/cake at the bottom of the vial. Some peptides may appear as a loose powder while others form a more compact disc. Slight variations in appearance between batches are normal and do not affect quality or purity.

How do I reconstitute a peptide?

Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Do not inject directly onto the powder. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously. The exact volume of water to add depends on your desired concentration. We offer a reconstitution calculator on our website to help you determine the correct volume.
