Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security policies ensuring that you can only access your own data. We retain order data for Australian tax and regulatory compliance purposes.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and cart functionality. We also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels from Google, Meta, and TikTok to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising.

5. Analytics and Site Activity

To improve the store, we record how visitors interact with the site, such as pages viewed, products added to cart, on-page interactions like the dose planner and certificate views, filter and search selections, checkout steps and errors, and clicks to external links. This activity is tied to a per-browser session identifier, and to your email address if you are signed in or have provided it. We use this only to understand and improve the shopping experience. We do not sell it. Raw activity records are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted, while order records are kept longer for Australian tax and regulatory compliance.
